Deputies seeking missing Encinitas man

ENCINITAS — The Sheriff’s Department wants help in finding a missing person in Encinitas. Gerard A. Kelly, 80, was last seen by his neighbors sometime in mid-February 2016.

Deputies from the North Coastal Sheriff’s Station have visited Kelly’s home three times in March, but he has not returned home. Kelly’s car is still parked in his garage. He does not have any family in San Diego County.

Kelly is listed as being 5-foot, 6-inches tall, 160 pounds with blue eyes and grey hair.
