Encinas, 43, was arrested at 4:22 a.m. on Feb. 27 at Santa Fe Drive, Vons, Encinitas, for possessing controlled paraphernalia.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for shoplifting at 7:45 a.m. on Feb. 27 at Encinitas Boulevard, Encinitas. The victim, Lazy Acres, reported stolen miscellaneous food items ($56).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for fraud at 9:41 a.m. on Feb. 27 at Glaucus Street, Encinitas. The female victim, 38, reported stolen credit cards.
Wesley, 35, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on Feb. 27 at Las Pulgas Road, Oceanside, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for a felony under another agency’s warrant.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for fraud at 3:48 p.m. on Feb. 27 at Dewitt Avenue, Encinitas. The male victim, 23, reported stolen credit cards and identifying information.
Bautista, 41, was arrested at 10:00 a.m. on Feb. 28 at Santa Fe Avenue, Vista, for possessing controlled substances and resisting a peace officer.
Searson, 32, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on Feb. 28 at Airport Road, Oceanside for a misdemeanor citation and was released on an active warrant.
O’Connell, 38, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on Feb. 28 at South Tremont Street, Oceanside for a misdemeanor citation and was released on an active warrant.
McFaden, 32, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. on Feb. 28 at Roosevelt Street, Carlsbad, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for a felony under another agency’s warrant.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for found property at 1:20 p.m. on March 1 at North El Camino Real, Home Goods, Encinitas.
Anderson, 29, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on March 1 at South Tremont Street, Oceanside, and was booked at the Vista Detention Facility for a felony under another agency warrant.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for a recovered stolen vehicle at 11:17 p.m. on March 1 at Valley Avenue, Solana Beach.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for commercial burglary at 3:44 a.m. on March 2 at West D Street, Encinitas. The victim, 7-Eleven, reported stolen miscellaneous items ($2,644).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call to assist another agency at 9:14 a.m. on March 2 at Neptune Avenue, Encinitas.
K. Crouch, 36, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on March 2 at Oceanside Boulevard, Oceanside, for a misdemeanor citation and was released on an active warrant.
Cartelli, 34, was arrested at 1:21 p.m. on March 2 at Oceanside Boulevard, Oceanside, for a misdemeanor citation and was released on an active warrant.
Martinez, 21, was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on March 2 at Olive Avenue, Vista Transit Center, Vista, for violating his probation.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for a stolen vehicle at 8:32 a.m. on March 3 at Encinitas Boulevard, Encinitas. The female victim, 53, reported a stolen beige 4-door sedan ($19,600).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for vehicle burglary at 7:57 p.m. on March 3 at Encinitas Boulevard, Encinitas. The male victim, 33, reported a stolen bag ($130) and miscellaneous tools ($709).
Gonzalez, 29, was arrested at 3:42 a.m. on March 4 at Town Center Plaza, Encinitas, for possessing controlled paraphernalia.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for petty theft at 10:46 a.m. on March 4 at Poinsettia Park, Encinitas. The female victim, 55, reported stolen drugs ($11).
Reynolds, 32, was arrested at 2:27 p.m. on March 4 at Santa Fe Drive, Scripps, Encinitas, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for battery on a peace officer.

Butts, 51, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on March 4 at West D Street, 7-Eleven, Encinitas, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for grand theft at 9:00 a.m. on March 5 at Solana Hills Drive, Solana Beach. The female victim, 39, reported stolen athletic equipment ($6,100) and a flashlight ($500).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for vehicle burglary at 3:24 p.m. on March 5 at Tennis Club Drive, Encinitas. The female victim, 44, reported a stolen purse ($300), wallet ($250), and eyeglasses ($145).

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for a stolen vehicle at 6:20 a.m. on March 6 at Andre Avenue, Encinitas. The male victim, 56, reported a stolen silver sedan ($7,000), portable music device ($300), and electronic component ($48).

Choukri, 30, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. on March 7 at Leucadia Boulevard, Walmart, Encinitas for possessing controlled paraphernalia.
E. Lopez, 26, was arrested at 9:35 a.m. on March 7 at Santa Fe Drive, Encinitas, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol.
Lewis, 30 was arrested at 2:47 p.m. on March 7 at South Highway 101, Solana Beach, and booked at San Diego Central Jail for disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol.
Long, 26 was arrested at 4:26 p.m. on March 7 at Plato Place, Encinitas, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for possessing controlled narcotic substances.
Reese, 40, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. on March 6 at El Camino Real Oceanside and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for a felony under another agency’s warrant.
Ceja, 30, was arrested at 12:26 p.m. on March 6 at Olive Avenue, Vista for possessing controlled narcotic substances.
Torres, 28, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. on March 7 at D Street, Encinitas, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for violating his parole.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for found narcotics at 8:24 a.m. on March 8 at North El Camino Real, Encinitas.
Carter, 62, was arrested at 8:32 a.m. on March 8 at South Cleveland Street, Oceanside, for a misdemeanor citation and was released on an active warrant.
Elisenbarth, 51, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on March 8 at Encinitas Boulevard, Encinitas, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for a misdemeanor against another agency warrant.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for battery at 12:23 p.m. on March 8 at Aspenglow Drive, Encinitas. The male victim, 26, reported apparent minor injuries.
Valenzuela, 28, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on March 8 at North River Road, Oceanside, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for a felony bench warrant.
Maganda, 30, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on March 9 at Olive Avenue, Vista, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for grand theft at 11:22 a.m. on March 9 at Carol View Drive, Cardiff by the Sea. The victim, Property West Residential, reported stolen miscellaneous items ($4,460).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for fraud at 9:19 p.m. on March 9 at Via Candela, Rancho Santa Fe. The female victim, 84, reported stolen bills and coins ($36,000).
Stoffel, 39, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on March 9 at Sunset Drive, Encinitas, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for a stolen vehicle at 6:00 a.m. on March 10 at Arroyo Drive, Encinitas. The male victim, 36, reported a stolen engine ($20,000) and trailer ($20,000).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for grand theft at 8:14 a.m. on March 10 at Village Park Way, Encinitas. The male victim, 30, reported stolen automotive parts ($4,168).

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for petty theft at 1:10 p.m. on March 10 at Rosetta Street, Encinitas. The female victim, 38, reported a stolen wallet ($58), passport, and social security.
Staunton, 27, was arrested at 3:56 a.m. on March 11 at North El Camino Real, Encinitas, and booked at the Vista Detention Facility for disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for vehicle burglary at 12:31 p.m. on March 11 at Cereus Street, Encinitas. The female victim, 27, reported a stolen purse ($40), cosmetics, keys, and an identification card.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for shoplifting at 2:22 p.m. on March 11 at Lomas Santa Fe Drive, CVS, Solana Beach. The victim, CVS, reported stolen cosmetics ($436).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for commercial burglary at 9:08 a.m. on March 12 at North Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas. The victim, Ranch Views Baptist Church, reported stolen miscellaneous items ($14,000).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for battery at 7:22 p.m. on March 12 at Via de la Cumbre, Rancho Santa Fe. The male victim, 63, reported apparent minor injuries.
