Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for a stolen vehicle at 7:41 a.m. on July 1 at 300 Santa Fe Springs Drive, Encinitas. The victim reported a stolen white/black Yamaha golf cart ($10,000), lock ($50), and miscellaneous goods ($50).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for vehicle vandalism at 9:02 a.m. on July 1 at 800 Del Mar Downs Road, Solana Beach. The victim reported a damaged car window ($500).
Revere, 51, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on July 1 at the Escondido Transit Center, 700 West Valley Parkway, Escondido, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for a misdemeanor warrant from another agency.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for vehicle burglary at 9:40 a.m. on July 1 at 700 South Nardo Avenue, Solana Beach. The victim reported stolen miscellaneous papers ($27) and miscellaneous goods ($30).
Kelley, 42, was arrested at 10:54 a.m. on July 1 at the Rancho Del Oro Sprinter Station, 3500 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for a felony bench warrant, misdemeanor bench warrant, and felony warrant from another agency.
Williamson, 29, was arrested at 11:32 a.m. on July 1 at the College Sprinter Station, 4100 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and a felony parole violation.
Zechman, 25, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on July 1 at The Bullpen, 100 South El Camino Real, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for misdemeanor use/under the influence of a controlled substance.

Cole, 60, was cited and released at 9:22 a.m. on July 3 at 600 West Mission Avenue, Escondido, for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Lopez, 63, was cited and released at 10:07 a.m. on July 3 at Rock Springs Road and Lenser Way, Escondido, for a misdemeanor active warrant.

Knight, 24, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on July 3 at 100 Encinitas Blvd, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for felony robbery and vandalism ($400 or more). The victim reported a stolen skateboard ($69.95), clothing ($139.95), and a damaged window ($401).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for vehicle vandalism at 3:29 p.m. on July 4 at 1900 Circle Park Lane, Encinitas. The victim reported a damaged red utility vehicle ($940).
Sroufe, 37, was cited and released at 8:51 a.m. on July 5 at 1900 Apple Street, Oceanside, for a misdemeanor active warrant.
Rivera, 36, was cited and released at 8:51 a.m. on July 5 at 1900 Apple Street, Oceanside, for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for a stolen vehicle at 11:46 a.m. on July 5 at 400 Marview Drive, Solana Beach. The victim reported a stolen white van camper ($70,000) and miscellaneous goods ($2,000), which were later recovered.
Stanton, 52, was arrested at 11:58 a.m. on July 5 at 800 Woodley Place, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for felony possession of a controlled substance and threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for battery at 1:08 p.m. on July 5 at 400 Andrew Avenue, Encinitas. The victim reported a possible internal injury.
Lacy, 68, was cited and released at 3:33 p.m. on July 5 at Godfrey Street and South Coast Highway, Oceanside, for a misdemeanor active warrant.

Bruno, 62, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on July 5 at Captain Keno’s, 100 North Coast Highway 101, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for felony exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm and threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize.
Rivera, 26, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on July 5 at Southbound I-5 and Birmingham Drive, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for felony possession of a controlled substance and transportation/etc of a controlled substance.
Hemmerich, 58, was cited and released at 10:08 p.m. on July 5 at 700 Nordahl Road, San Marcos, for a misdemeanor active warrant.
Quinn, 37, was cited and released at 3:49 a.m. on July 6 at 700 La Costa Avenue, Encinitas, for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Schuhmann, 43, was arrested at 6:12 a.m. on July 6 at 800 Regal Road, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for felony hit and run resulting in death or injury, DUI alcohol (causing bodily injury) and DUI .08 alcohol (causing bodily injury). The victims reported damaged miscellaneous goods.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for vehicle vandalism at 7:59 a.m. on July 6 at 1400 Via Terrassa, Encinitas. The victims reported damaged windows ($600) and automotive parts ($2,400).
Mckee, 60, was arrested at 8:54 a.m. on July 6 at the Solana Beach Transit Center, 100 North Cedros Avenue, Solana Beach, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for misdemeanor disorderly conduct (under the influence of drugs).
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call for battery at 11:32 a.m. on July 6 at Starbucks Coffee, 900 Orpheus Avenue, Encinitas. The victim reported an apparent minor injury.
O’Neil, 32, was arrested at 11:33 a.m. on July 6 at 1100 North Coast Highway, Encinitas, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for a misdemeanor bench warrant.
Fracasse, 33, was arrested at 11:56 a.m. on July 6 at 6200 La Fremontia, Rancho Santa Fe, and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and user/under the influence of a controlled substance.
