CAMP PENDLETON — Explosive demolitions operations will be conducted on the northern part of the base from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 2.
Residents in Orange County may hear the detonations during this period.
Depending on atmospheric conditions, the sound of the explosions may be amplified and heard up to 50 miles away.
