SAN MARCOS — Authorities were investigating the deaths of two people who were found inside a home in San Marcos, it was announced today.
Deputies were dispatched at around 3:05 p.m. Wednesday to a call of persons reported deceased inside a home located in the 1300 block of Miracielo Court, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff’s officials said the two victims were found dead with no obvious signs of trauma.
The sheriff’s Homicide Unit responded to the scene and took over the investigation “due to the suspicious nature of the incident.”
According to the agency, there was no apparent danger to the community, and the deaths appeared to be an isolated incident.
