CARLSBAD — On Jan. 11, juvenile Baileigh Karam was reported as a runaway to the Carlsbad Police Department.Â
On Friday, at approximately 10 a.m., Baileigh was located in Carlsbad and was reunited with her parents. Baileigh was healthy and told the investigators that she had been staying with friends.
