As part of Chula Vista’s massive waterfront redevelopment, a brand-new mega entertainment venue is set to open its doors. On June 27th, Boss Management Group, in collaboration with La Familia Acquisitions, will unveil the ‘South Beach Day Club / La Boom Nightclub’ (3008 Main St, Chula Vista), a completely reimagined venue built on the historic grounds of the former Palomino Club.
This new venue is launching in sync with the city’s $1.5 billion Bayfront redevelopment project, which includes the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center, Amara Bay, and Bayview Point. The club aims to help transform Chula Vista’s coastline into a vibrant mix of residential, commercial, and leisure destinations.
Rebranded as a “Night and Day Club,” the space features three distinct entertainment concepts, catering to both daytime relaxation and high-energy nightlife:
- South Beach Day Club
Where the Sun Meets the Scene
By day, guests will be transported to the shores of Miami at South Beach Day Club—a luxury outdoor daiquiri bar and cabana lounge. Featuring bikini-clad hostesses, cabana bottle service, tropical cocktails, and a mixture of entertainment, this sun-drenched oasis brings the vibe of a beach resort to the heart of Chula Vista. VIP cabanas and a vibrant social scene make it the perfect destination for brunch, day parties, and warm California afternoons. - La Boom
A High-Energy Nightclub Experience
As night falls, the energy intensifies inside La Boom—a massive, state-of-the-art nightclub designed for unforgettable nights out. Complete with a sprawling dance floor, dynamic lighting, top-tier entertainment, bottle service, and hookah, La Boom promises a Vegas-style nightlife experience—without leaving San Diego County. With live performances and themed events, it’s set to become Chula Vista’s premier after-dark destination. - Dragon Room
A Hidden World of Luxury
Tucked away behind a discreet entrance lies the Dragon Room—a private, VIP lounge that exudes mystique and exclusivity. With dramatic décor, intimate lighting, and a fully customizable atmosphere, this hidden gem is perfect for upscale private events, birthdays, and after-parties. Access is strictly by reservation or invitation, offering guests a truly elite experience.Brian Cohen, President of Boss Management Group.
