Pacific Coast Spirits, award-winning craft distillery & kitchen, is accumulating an impressive award collection, giving them a lot to celebrate at their 4th Anniversary Party this weekend.
Pacific Coast Spirits, independently owned handmade, small batch craft spirits, recently announced that their California Blue Corn Whiskey won Gold Medal and Best of Category at the ADI 2022 International Spirits Competition — their fifth gold medal this year in conjunction with other awards.
Fittingly, PCS celebrates their four years in Oceanside at their anniversary party on Saturday, Dec. 10, and is inviting all to join the celebration. Pacific Coast Spirits coined the term “grain-to-glass,” meaning every step of their distillation process is forged at their Oceanside distillery and uses only high quality, raw ingredients.
They do not buy and blend, add coloring or chill filter their whiskeys. Making their whiskeys, bourbons, gins, brandies and agave spirits top notch.
