As the Carlsbad Sister City Ambassadors ended their year, they celebrated with a festive celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Carlsbad/Karlovy Vary sister city relationship. In attendance, and providing assistance, were international students from California State University San Marcos, along representatives of Carlsbad City Council, San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond and U.S. Congressman Mike Levin.
