CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA — The Jewish Family Service Coastal Club at Temple Solel invites adults 60 and older every Tuesday for exercise, speakers, movies and more at Temple Solel, 3575 Manchester Ave.The free programs are offered by the Jewish Family Service Aging & Wellness Department and are open to the entire community. Get a gentle stretch with yoga instructor, Danyll Monroe every Tuesday at 10 a.m. On Dec. 17, Michael Coleman will lead “Laughing Matters,” a laughter yoga class at 11 a.m. or learn more about herbs from Biblical times at 1 p.m. with Historian Leslee Willes.
Mark Carlson will discuss “Flying on Film” at 11 a.m. Dec. 24 or you can celebrate New Year’s with a special luncheon and entertainment from noon to 2 p.m. with the Music Station.
