OCEANSIDE — To help meet its goal to provide more inclusionary housing, City Council approved changes to inclusionary housing standards for building projects that exceed base density on Jan. 16.
Another alarming, highly patronizing post-election insult has been delivered Oceanside by its city council.
OCEANSIDE — A series of City Council meetings and special meetings pushed through a 3-1 vote on Dec. 12 to allow council members to initiate appointments and recalls of city representatives to regional appointments, which includes the SANDAG Board.
ENCINITAS — The Council unanimously agreed to award a $4 million bid to replace a 50-year-old sewer line Wednesday night, and Council penciled in a handful of appointments on various regional boards, but made no official vote on it.
OCEANSIDE — City Council gave first approval to an ordinance amendment that will allow council members to nominate or make a motion to remove fellow council members on regional boards or commissions in a 3-2 vote Dec. 5.
