CARLSBAD — You can have dinner or a movie or perhaps some early Christmas shopping, courtesy of Parents Night Out, held from 5 to 9 p.m. Nov. 12 by the specially trained childcare parishioners of Holy Cross Episcopal, Carlsbad, 6066 Corte del Cedro, near Palomar Airport Road.
The event is for youngsters ages 3 to 10. The evening will include safe, supervised fun that includes a pizza dinner, making of a craft, age-appropriate games and a movie with popcorn. The cost is $10 for the first child and $5 for each additional child.
