Escondido’s Connor Williams won again, firing scores of 71-72-72 to capture the Southern California PGA Junior Toyota Tour Cup at Oak Valley Golf Club in Beaumont, Feb. 19 to Feb. 21, by five shots. San Diego newcomer Daniel Lyne finished in second place.
