COAST CITIES — The American Legion, Encinitas Post 416, invites the community to support the troops and join them for the four-player scramble charity golf tournament being held Oct. 21 at Lomas Santa Fe Executive Golf Course, 1505 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, Solana Beach.The tournament will benefit a local program that assists female veterans with their medical needs, housing assistance and vocational training to aid in their transition back into civilian life.
The cost for the day of great golf and camaraderie is $60 per player and includes golf, a riding cart, lunch with a bar drink and prizes.
