ENCINITAS — This year’s Dec. 6 Encinitas Holiday Parade theme was “Droppin’ In for the Holidays,” and the Encinitas City Council, the Encinitas Holiday Parade Committee and the Parks and Recreation Department thank this year’s parade participants for a memorable evening and congratulate the winners.
