As a benefits consultant with HUB International, he specializes in multi-year benefits planning, cost containment, total rewards strategies, wellness initiatives, HR technology, and vendor management.
A graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Strategic Business Management, Bo also holds a California Life and Disability license. Before joining HUB, he worked as an employee benefits specialist for a growing San Diego brokerage firm. A former defensive back for the Ohio Bobcats football team, Bo enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time with his two sons, gardening, and staying active through basketball and football.
