CITY OF ENCINITAS PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE INTRODUCTION ORDINANCE NO. 2020-12 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Encinitas has introduced Ordinance No. 2020-12 entitled, “An Ordinance of the City of Encinitas, California, amending Encinitas Municipal Code Chapter 2.12 regarding Conflict of Interest filers.” The California Government Code requires every local government agency to review its Conflict of Interest Code by July 1 of each even-numbered year to determine if it is accurate or if the code must be amended.
