Are you an entrepreneur and all you need now is the money to start your new business?

Since the JOBS (Jumpstart Our Business Startups) Act was signed into law in April of 2012, the securitized world of publicly raising investment capital has opened to you and me!

In May of this year, the “Crowdfunding Regulation” became law allowing American business starters to raise investment capital using Crowdfunding portals such as Kickstarter or Indiegogo (there are now hundreds).

Before May, it was actually illegal.

CrowdVesting Media©, a subsidiary of Electronic Theater, is initiating this first educational seminar on how to use Title III Crowdfunding Regulation of the JOBS Act, prepare an actual Crowdfunding campaign through an online portal, and raise investment capital.

It is estimated that Crowdfunding will inject close to $65 billion into the global economy in 2016, and over $3.2 trillion by 2020.

The Crowdfunding industry has raised capital for millions of individuals from college students to small business owners, to artists and filmmakers, to conscious food purveyors, to the next big tech explosion.

Anything is possible.

Why Crowdfunding Now?

• Corporations have been laying people off, then hiring them back part time with no benefits — a no way street

• Banks are still not lending to small business owners

• For the time and money it takes to complete a four-year degree, eager entrepreneurs are starting their own business instead

The first of its kind seminar, “The Principles of Crowdfunding and How To Raise Capital Using the JOBS Act” will be held at MiraCosta College, San Elijo Campus, 3333 Manchester Ave., Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Oct. 1, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Registration is at 9:30 a.m. Early Bird registration begins now! Only 50 people can attend this workshop.

The purpose of producing the seminar is to support small business growth in America, create jobs, and allow benefactors to contribute to the success of other people’s lives.

How To Become a Benefactor:

If you know of a deserving entrepreneur, middle management person who was laid off or just needs a change, senior, or military person who cannot afford the seminar, you can sponsor them by purchasing their $89 ticket. That will give them a four-hour jam-packed practical experience on how to legally raise money through Crowdfunding. A light healthy lunch and beverages will be included.

Speakers are Amy Wan, Esq., a securities attorney specializing in Crowdfunding law, Ash Kumra, a national spokesperson and author who just completed a successful Crowdfunding campaign, and a leader of Conscious Capitalists San Diego who will explain how to become a B-Corp (a for-benefit business). Nachman will also demonstrate typical investors’ offering agreements, how to identify your target market, and startup marketing materials essential for a successful launch.

You can sign up yourself and someone you wish to sponsor on Eventbrite. Find the link on our blog:electronictheater.com/crowdfunding-seminar-san-diego/.
