SAN ELIJO JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Elijo Joint Powers Authority (SEJPA) is requesting bids for:  Construction of Wanket Tank Refurbishment and Recycled Water Valve Replacement Project To be considered for selection, a bid must be submitted no later than 2:00pm on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=33529.
