Toll Brothers announce Dream Home sales event

COAST CITIES — Toll Brothers, builders of luxury homes, will host a National Dream Home Sales event in all Southern California communities through April 17. For this event, Toll Brothers has teamed up with its vendor partners to create savings and incentive packages. This could be the best time yet to purchase a Toll Brothers dream home.
In North County, the event will involve:
— Emerald Cove at The Crosby, 7975 High Time Ridge, San Diego with single-family homes from the low $900,000s,
— Toll Brothers at Arrowood – Fairways, 1112 Bellingham Drive, Oceanside, with single-family homes from the upper $400,000s
— Toll Brothers at Arrowood – Greens, 5128 Village Drive, Oceanside, with single-family homes from the mid- $500,000s
To take advantage of the special savings and incentives, buyers must make a deposit by April 17, and sign an agreement of sale within 10 days of deposit. Sales and incentive packages will vary among communities.
“There are so many reasons to buy right now,” said Jim Boyd, regional president. “The economy is improving, and the buyer’s market won’t last. Interest rates are showing signs of rising, but they are still historically low. This is really the perfect time to buy.” Throughout the event, representatives from TBI Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, will be on hand in many communities to offer mortgage guidance. TBI has selections of mortgage programs with still-low interest rates – including both fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages. Homebuyers may visit or call their community of interest to learn about specific details.
