DEL MAR — Tickets for the 2013 San Diego County Fair’s Toyota Summer Concert Series on the Heineken Grandstand Stage go on sale March 16 at the Fairgrounds and through Ticketmaster.The 2013 fair, will host 24 nights of family entertainment featuring nationally known singers and bands. Many shows are free with fair admission. Reserved seats are also available. Some shows offer a dinner package in the grandstand’s Turf Club.
Currently scheduled acts include The Beach Boys, REO Speedwagon, Switchfoot, Steve Miller Band, La Arrolladora Banda El Limón, Caifanes, Third Day, Martina McBride, Grupo Intocable, Bad Company, Bridgit Mendler, Train, “Weird Al” Yankovic: The Alpocalypse Tour, and Adam Lambert.
Tickets for paid shows, dinner packages and reserved seats will be available at the Del Mar Fairgrounds Durante Gate Box office Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., through Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.com/venue/81980, or by calling (800) 745-3000.
