VISTA — Vista Chamber of Commerce celebrated its January Rising Star students. The Rising Stars included, from left, Viktor Gazibaric- Guajome Park Academy; Belen Hernandez – Rancho Buena Vista High School; Brigita Hambali – Vista High School; Quinn White – Alta Vista High School and Zachary Schuler – Mission Vista High School. Rising Star of the Month is a student who makes a difference in their home, school and community with sincerity and passion.
