ENCINITAS — Funded by a grant from the California Integrated Waste Management Board, Encinitas residents are invited to bring in their car’s used oil filters to be recycled and receive a free oil filter in replacement.
This free oil filter offer is only valid between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Feb. 20 at Encinitas Foreign and Domestic Auto Repair, 901 2nd St. The program asks that you only drop off used filters during business hours.
