ENCINITAS — “When are you guys going to have that big party at the Del Mar Country Club? We had so much fun last year. This year we’re bringing friends along.”The “Celebration of Second Chances…FOCAS on the Future” will be held on Sept. 29 at the Del Mar Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe. It starts at 5:30 p.m. so guests can enjoy drinks on the patio overlooking the golf course. A 6:35 p.m. sunset and a full moon at 8:19 p.m. will make it a beautiful evening.
After cocktails on the patio of the Del Mar Country Club, the chefs at the Del Mar Country Club will serve their specialties. Jeff Zevely from News 8 will return as Master of Ceremonies and there will be a debut of a new video about the merger of Friends Of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS) into Rancho Coastal Humane Society. Celebration D.J. will provide dance music and every dollar raised will help to provide services for animals.
