CARLSBAD — The 21st annual Junior Carlsbad took place on April 10. The event, for children 12 and younger, rewarded every participant with a finisher’s medal, T-shirt and goodie bag. There were events for every age and ability, from the Diaper Dash and Toddler Trot to the 1/4, 1/2 and 1-mile races.
