The Pride of Vista Lions Club recently awarded the 2010 Rocco Valluzzi Memorial Scholarship for Environmental Studies to Rancho Buena Vista High School student Evelyn Hunter. This $2,500 scholarship, a joint project of Pride of Vista Lions and the Amigos de Vista Lions, honors Rocco Valluzzi and recognizes an outstanding student who will utilize their education to preserve, protect, and improve the environment.
