Jay Leng Jr., of Rancho Santa Fe, stays on his hot run at the Ojai Valley Inn Toyota Tour Cup, shooting rounds of 67 and 66 to capture his fourth golf victory this year. Leng Jr. continued to show dominance this year with rounds of five-under par 135 and seven-under par 133, respectively.
