Girls’ volleyball tryouts scheduled

DEL MAR— Tryouts for Girls Wave Volleyball 2010/2011 is set for Oct. 1 through Oct. 3 in the Fairgrounds Volleyball Center, the big white tent west of I-5 between the Hilton Hotel and Surf & Turf Golf, 1555 Jimmy Durante Blvd.
Tryout times for the 14 and under are 3:15 p.m. Oct. 1, 8 a.m. Oct. 2 and 8:15 a.m. Oct. 3.
Tryout times for 13 and under are 5 p.m. Oct. 1, 11 a.m. Oct. 2 and 3:15 p.m. Oct. 3.
Tryout times for 12 and under are 6:45 p.m. Oct. 1, 2 p.m. Oct. 2 and 5 p.m. Oct. 3.
The tryout time for the 11 and under group is 10 a.m. Oct. 3.
The tryout times for 10 and under is 5 p.m. Oct. 2 and 1 p.m. Oct.3
The cost to register is $35 cash (exact amount helps) or check, payable to EVBC.
It is mandatory for all players to attend the first day of tryouts to be eligible for the second/third day.
Organizers ask that you begin checking in 30 minutes prior to the start of your tryout. Complete and bring the Player Information form and waiver/release form to tryouts. These forms are available at www.encinitaswave.com

If you are going to be late because of school dismissal, do not worry, as the first
30 minutes of tryouts will be skill testing.
