SACRAMENTO — The Associated Press reports that Carly Fiorina, California GOP Senate challenger, has been hospitalized for an infection relating to her reconstructive surgery following breast cancer.
The campaign’s chief of staff, Deborah Bowker, said in a statement released Oct. 26 that Fiorina has been admitted to a hospital and is being treated with antibiotics.
Fiorina is expected to return to the campaign trail soon.
