This event is open to both members and the general public. Cost is $25 to cover lunch.Jon Woloshin will speak about the U.S. and Southern California residential and commercial market recovery and his prediction for interest rates. Woloshin is the chief investment officer with UBS Financial in New York with more than 28 years of experience as a securities analyst covering REITS, homebuilders, Health care, technology and energy sectors.
