SAN MARCOS — Weingarten Realty recently announced that EmbroidMe leased 1,260-square-feet of space in Rancho San Marcos Village, a shopping center located on the western outskirts of downtown San Marcos.
Located on the northeast corner of San Marcos Boulevard and Rancho Santa Fe Road, the busiest intersection of San Marcos, this center has proved to be a shopping destination for area consumers. With more than 75,000 people living and working within a three-mile radius, Rancho San Marcos serves a growing market. This center is home to a number of popular retailers including Von’s, 24 Hour Fitness and others.
