City seeking volunteer park rangers

SAN MARCOS — The city of San Marcos is looking for a few good people to be volunteer park and trail rangers. Do you like to hike, mountain bike, or provide information to park visitors? San Marcos has 29 parks and 52 miles of trails. Volunteers must be 18 years of age, have a valid California driver’s license and pass a background investigation. And what’s the required
Im a Eagle Scout
Two years in California conservation Corps
Trained in CPR and first aid
Also search and rescue training
Survival instructor

How do I get hired on for a Ranger I got a lot of training I worked at Parks I work all different training for landscaping in dealing with people talking to people talking on the radio writing reports you name it I was a buyers were in Escondido for almost 4 years oh where did nursery Dolby houses rock booty trails cutting down trees going back to college to finish up my degree in January. I’m doing a month to my AAA and then I’m going to go to the university in San Diego s
State University. 2018.

THIS EMAIL IS TO RON VINLUAN RE: DOG CLEAN UP STATIONS. WE, AT LAKE SAN MARCOS HAVE A SMALL PARK ON LA PLAZA DR. I SEE A NEED FOR CLEAN-UP BAGS. I ALWAYS HAVE MY OWN BUT FIND OTHERS DO NOT SEEM TO SEEM IT NECESSARY. HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING A STATION IN OUR BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD? THANK YOU.
