Three young golfers, including Carlsbad’s Luciano Conlan, battled through windy conditions at the Toyota Tour Cup at River Ridge Golf Club in Oxnard, with a three-way finish for Troy Tarvin, Conlan and Kai Hirayama. The trio all finished at -2, requiring a playoff. Tarvin birdied the fourth playoff hole to claim first and Conlan earned second place.
