DEL MAR — Team Godfather registration and donations are open for the Bike 4 Mike event set for Nov. 3 at the Paddock in the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Register online at Bike4Mike.orgBike 4 Mike is a charity cycling event benefiting Team Godfather’s vision to find a cure for ALS while they honor their friend Mike Ramirez. This coastal-community bicycle tour starts and finishes at the Plaza de Mexico in the Del Mar fairgrounds. The event offers distances of 10, 25, and 50 miles or the option to ride a stationary spin bike during hourly classes, sponsored during the expo by BodyRok and Dean Grafos in honor of his father, Steve Grafos.
There will be vendor booths, music, a Mexican Fiesta and Beer Garden at the finish. The event is to raise ALS awareness and funds for medical research.
Rider registration includes paid parking, breakfast coffee, juice, bagels, fruit and snacks, plus a lunch and drink ticket, a goodie bag, Bike 4 Mike T-shirt, Bike 4 Mike water bottles and a finisher medal.
