LEUCADIA — The 2013 Arts Alive Unveiling Reception will be held noon to 4 p.m. Feb. 16 at 1950 N. Coast Highway, Leucadia.The 101 Artists’ Colony, Cardiff 101 MainStreet, and Leucadia 101 MainStreet present this home-grown art exhibit and this year marks its 14th anniversary.
After the unveiling, all 101 original paintings will be displayed from the light standards starting at La Costa Boulevard and continuing south to Cardiff by-the-Sea along Historic Highway 101. The exhibit will come down just before the final Live Auction in the Cardiff Town Center at 2 p.m. May 26.
Silent bidding is kicked off at the unveiling reception where bidders can make write-in bids on the spot. Ongoing bids may be called in to Leucadia 101 MainStreet at (760) 436-2320 until the live auction on May 26.
