SAN MARCOS — San Elijo Hills celebrates the grand opening of the new neighborhood of Belmont from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 28 with “Summer Splash” festivities include tours of four new model homes. Built by the highly respected homebuilder Lennar, Belmont is the fourth new neighborhood to open in the ocean-view community in the past year.Belmont features four floor plans that range from 1,459 to 2,072 square feet and are priced from the high $300,000s.
