Join the summer fun at Encinitas Classic Car nights

ENCINITAS — Summer fun is just getting started and July 15, downtown Encinitas continues its celebration of summer as the Downtown Encinitas MainStreet Association hosts the second Encinitas Classic Car Cruise Night.
The event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with the music of Opal Eye at Encinitas Smog Test Only Center, 682 S. Coast Highway 101 and is sponsored by the Pacific Station Project, at the northwest corner of Encinitas Boulevard and Coast Highway.
North Coast Corvette Club & Thunderbirds is also sponsoring and will have a car display at the Smog Test Only Center. Charlie’s Foreign Car Lot at 710 S. Coast Highway 101 will have a special display from the BMW Car Club. Encinitas Classic Car Cruise Nights is a great reason to get out and take advantage of the extra hours of daylight to admire the immaculate paint jobs and glistening engines in the classic cars that will be out along Highway 101 for public display.
Classic cars will line historic Highway 101 and there will also be “best of” awards distributed by the evening sponsor, Pacific Station. The event is open and free to the public, every car in attendance is eligible for an award and there is no cost for displaying or viewing the cars.
