Cougar pride and roars of delight accentuated the May 14 groundbreaking for the new exercise equipment to be installed on the playground of Kelly Elementary School. With strong community support, the school raised the necessary $60,000 to renovate the playground, whose current equipment dates back to the school’s 1979 opening.
