Seminar focuses on help for troubled real estate

COAST CITIES — Irene Young, of Prudential California Realty’s Del Mar Village office, will be hosting a free seminar on the Stimulus Package from 10 a.m. to noon April 11 at the Carmel Valley Public Library, 3919 Townsgate Dr.
The seminars speakers will include Peter K. Solecki, an attorney and legal expert in real estate and the team of Cleve and Keenan in the mortgage business. They will cover various topics including short sales, real estate litigation avoidance, loan modifications, tax credits to buyers and borrowing tips. In addition, Amy Green and Susan Meyers-Pyke were ranked in Prudential’s Top 10 nationwide for GCI and units sold for 2008.
