Clubhouse selects designer for new look

RANCHO SANTA FE — The Fairbanks Ranch Country Club recently announced the selection of the Jennifer Adams Design Group as the design firm to lead the club’s major clubhouse renovation.
The Jennifer Adams Design Group was selected as their design firm of choice after the club completed a review of design firms from around the country.
The design team’s plan is to embrace the casual elegance of the Spanish Mediterranean style that is indicative of the exclusive town of Rancho Santa Fe. Plans include keeping the existing structure completely intact. The scope of the project calls for the selection of furnishings and accessories, wall color, lighting as well as finishes for the classic two-story, 30,000-square-foot clubhouse interior. The design will focus efforts on the key public spaces such as the main dining room, private dining room, lounge area, Sunset Terrace, lobby and wine room.
“We are thrilled to have been selected to design such a prestigious club as Fairbanks Ranch,” Jennifer Adams, owner of the Jennifer Adams Design Group. said. “Our team is looking forward to creating an environment that is welcoming, sophisticated and approachable.”
The club was originally built for the 1984 Summer Olympics and was the site of the 1984 Olympic Equestrian endurance event.
