CARMEL VALLEY — The Del Mar-Solana Beach Rotary Club, in conjunction with the San Diego Adaptive Sports Foundation, is sponsoring the third annual Wheelchair Basketball West Coast Regional Finals from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 10 and Jan. 11.
