RANCHO SANTA FE — CresaPartners announced that Rancho Santa Fe resident Ron Miller has joined the firm as a principal for the San Diego Tenant Advisory firm.
Miller is a former Cushman & Wakefield senior director following the 2008 merger with Burnham Real Estate, where he was a principal and top broker/advisor
throughout his career. Since 1985, he has negotiated nearly $1 billion of San
Diego commercial real estate transactions and has earned numerous awards.
Miller focuses exclusively on tenant representation, and uses his prior experience representing landlords to provide clients with a unique advantage at the negotiating table. His tenant advisory approach utilizes “best-in-class” real estate solutions to meet his clients’ changing business needs. “Ron is the consummate team player with a tremendous following in San Diego … we’re delighted to have him on our team,” Russ Sande, managing principal of CresaPartners, said.
Miller is very active in his community having served on several community boards during his career. He enjoys playing and coaching a variety of sports. His passion is developing confidence in children through team sports. He is currently coaching junior varsity and varsity sports at Saint James Academy in Solana Beach.
He was born and raised in San Diego (Point Loma High School and University of San Diego) and currently resides in Rancho Santa Fe with his wife and family.
