Bill Menish, former news anchor with NBC San Diego, is now a certified real
estate auctioneer. Previously viewed as a means to dispose of distressed
property, auctions are fast becoming a popular way to sell homes in
declining and accelerating markets. Menish, who cautions would-be sellers
that the process isn't for everyone, is auctioning off a $5 million home
