RANCHO SANTA FE — The Jonathan Waxman event at the Chino Farm on Nov. 11 has been cancelled. Chef Waxman’s restaurant, Barbuto’s in Manhattan, has sustained devastating damage from hurricane Sandy, making Waxman’s departure from New York impossible at this time.
