		<description><![CDATA[I have yet to hear the city worry about too much traffic or parking congestion. However, I&#039;m very happy with traffic calming measures they do take. Replacing Del Taco with In and Out Burgers probably won&#039;t intensify that area&#039;s use much. Just about every main road in town gets hours of heavy traffic though. Still beats walking when you have a great distance to go.]]></description>
