Mayor Jim Wood &amp; Cari Dale Thursday night spoke AGAINST placing the dump at Gregory Canyon, along with members of ACTION and hundreds of others.  Gary Felien, Jack Feller &amp; the Building Industry Association spoke in FAVOR of the dump.]]></description>
