CARLSBAD — A free Men’s Health Symposium will feature Olympic Silver Medalist and World Heavyweight Champion Chris Byrd as keynote speaker at noon Feb. 9 at Tri-City Medical Center, 6250 El Camino Real.The event runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will offer physician presentations including:

In addition, the event will showcase:
