We deserve elected representatives who are committed to serving with honor, accountability, and civility and they have proven that they can’t be converted, so their long running gig is up!

Yes, Mr. Audet, your assessments of these 2 incumbents,Stocks and Muir, thumbing their noses at codes and residents is absolutely SPOT ON! Nor is it an isolated incident for either of them. They both have a clear pattern of ignoring codes and rules to benefit themselves. This dynamic duo is “posing” as public servants when they have secretly sworn their allegiance to the most moneyed development interests poised to impose an urbanization of Encinitas that would not be welcomed by the vast majority of citizens! Do we want Developers, Land use people and Real Estate Salespeople to be the PREDOMINANT VOICES directing substantial increases in density in Encinitas while our quality of life is irreparably damaged? Thanks to the culture of Cronyism and Conflict of Interest propelling this super majority of Stocks,Muir,Gaspar,and Bond we, as regular citizens, are under represented on the General Plan Update Committee, referred to as ERAC(Element Review Advisory Committee) ERAC or ERASE, as many people refer to it, has approximately 23 members, with 17 people from Real Estate, Development and Land Use occupations as compared with 5 regular citizens. If the selection process for this committee doesn’t cause the majority of us to ponder what big changes are on the Encinitas horizon,then please attend the next council meeting for a rude awakening about what we all don’t want in our elected officials. Then cast your vote accordingly.
