Too many of us are buying olive oil thinking we are getting all that the label claims and this is so much not so and it is refreshing to see an article explain this.
It is so important that the oil be kept in the dark and this is why Carothers’ Olive Oil is packaged in steel cans. Tested, comes in at .05% acidic. Really good extra virgin, REAL extra virgin olive oil.
