The speakers in last night's Crest Drive issue spoke about how poorly they had been treated by the Planning Department and the Engineering staff. These people, and developers are the ones who have defined the growth in Encinitas.

People who are here for the pay and benefits and will do what developers tell them to do, or people who love this Encinitas and already live here?
